The cleaning and ease of drop off/pick up is all great. I do have two issues though. (1) You really need to get drop boxes/lockers installed in the third garage on the ExxonMobil campus (Energy Garage). It's a bit of a pain to have to find the extra 15 minutes to go to one of the other garages to drop off and then again to pick up. (2) No one seems to respond to email. I know I tried emailing a couple of times when I first came to campus as did a few coworkers and I don't think anyone got a response.
Always great,nice people, we get coupons. Only frustration is on the amount of twist ties you all use. But I get why we do, so not that important.

Their scheduling service was quick and easy. They were very prompt and professional. I was very happy with their service.
Pluses - Easy drop off at work site, quick turnaround and easy pick up when done. Negatives - Expensive for area, but put up with for the quick, easy service. Did not honor either 25% off coupon left with clothes when used services twice in August (received coupons in work and home e-mails). Not sure if because location is already getting 10% discount and service will not honor other discounts (because nothing communicated to me). Beverly and her team at MW Alden Bridge are always friendly, courteous and helpful! My clothes are always delivered on time and look and smell great! Love the fact that you use toxin free cleaners and recycle bags and hangers! Great service! Great job!
