As usual prompt service at both pick up and delivery.. Never had a problem in the 5+ years of service. I have cleaning picked up twice a week and it has been flawless. I highly recommend MW......and take advantage of the pick up and delivery service!!!

Pickup and delivery and quality of cleaning is great. Would get 5 stars I did receive a coupon by email, for 25% off if had more than 5 garments. I printed the coupon and included it in my last bag of 11 (I think) garments. Did not receive the discount. So I discounted a few stars.

Usually the service is impeccable but the last transaction had problems. Only half of my laundry was delivered. When I called Johnathan, he was very kind and said he would deliver them on Tuesday. I asked if he could deliver my laundry, not on Tuesday, but on Wednesday as I will be leaving town on Thursday (our normal delivery schedule). He could drop off the missed pieces at the same time. Thanks for the coupons that arrive by email each month. Nice not to have to request them. My valet, Jake, is courteous and dependable. He even picks up my recycle. Shirts are always in good condition when returned to us.
