My experiences on the last pick-up and delivery was satisfactory. I did have a couple items that didn't make it, but showed up the next morning. First time for that to happen. Over the past few year, I have had some issues with random chemical spots appearing, buttons that crumble on shirts and pants, and two times cloths came back with locker room smells. Overall, I have been OK "three stars" with the service and plan to use MW in the future.
Over all okay, but the service and process is not always consistent: sometime my shirts are folded the other time on a hanger sometime an email with access code, plus location etc, other times just location and have to recall access code. Do you happen to know if we can start using the drop off / pick-up boxes on the 3rd floor of the Energy parking on the EM campus?
Convenient to leave and pick up at house. Driver left card to call for pickup if necessary.
