Staff are always courteous and professional. I appreciate the drop off and email notification that my cleaning is ready.
Quality of clean clothes is outstanding. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only issue I have is during pick-up. There were 19 items in my most recent order, and each one was on a different part of the conveyor. Each item had to be retrieved one at a time. Took more than 10 minutes between retrieval and then verifying the count. No other dry cleaning company uses a system like this to my knowledge.
