The management and staff at this location are awesome! I drive 16 miles one way to have them take care of my clothes and there 3 locations closer to my home. They do a great job and actually care that customers are satisfied. Sort of the neighborhood friendliness aspect. First name basis and all.
It's easy to clean/press my clothes. But the cost is way too much.
Always great and love the convenient location. I go almost weekly to your Conchrons Crossing location in The Woodlands Texas. Staff always friendly and quick to wait on me! Will continue to use your service. My husband has his pilot's uniforms there and you do an excellent job on them! Thank you!
Customer Service was great, nice clean store, but I was not that impressed with the job it self, wasnt bad and the packaging was good, just not as good as i expected for the price on the clothes themselves. I just switched from a cleaners that I had been doing business with for 2 years due to some staff leaving that I had grown fond of from In touch cleaners but half the price and did a better job on the clothes. Staff was friendly and professional. My cleaning was done well and on-time.
Super cleaning and great customer service!
The service was great. The young lady went over my cloths and told me which should be dried cleaned and the next day I got a email telling me that the cloths were ready to be picked up. Great service.
