We dropped off ten items, three for rush cleaning and seven for normal. They didn't separate the pieces into two orders though, so we were only notified once the entire order was ready. After letting them know of the mistake, they still charged us for the rush on the three pieces even though they never notified is when they were ready.
I am a long time (10+ years) customer of the Alden Bridge location. Beverly does a great job running the store and you have several excellent associates assisting her. The employees are friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The store is clean and comfortable, aside from a few instances of air conditioning trouble.
