The staff at the Cleaner's downtown on Capitol are amazing! They are so welcoming and pleasant, I didn't mind waiting in line at all. I had brought in a wool fraternity jacket that had a lot of applique, leather trim and embroidery. It was truly dirty and beat-up looking with a lot of 'pills' all over the wool. I appreciate the convenience of dropping off items at work. Staff is very accommodating. Frequently, my debit card number is changed and I have to call to have my records updated. Deering Cleaners downtown is a five star cleaners. The service is exceptional. They are able to get the necks and sleeves of my husband shirts very clean. The turn around time is less than 24 hours.

Generally I am very pleased with your delivery service. My only concern is that often there are a huge number of plastic bags that are wasted - A typical order for me is 3-5 shirts, and of those, I usually get 2-3 separate bags. It's a waste to put each shirt in a separate bag. When I think of how many of those are going right through my hands (and yours) to a landfill, it makes me really question the process.
