Succumbed to the frequent mailers. Tried Flair for the first time last week and was disappointed. 1) Prices are exceedingly higher for laundered shirts than other cleaners. Sport shirts are ridiculously priced. 2) :Tailoring was expensive. 3) Items are not aggregated so there are different receipts with no prices. The poor cashier had to calculate the order by handheld calculator and had to add all the receipts. 4) The customer service was friendly enough. Unfortunately, will not be using Flair again.
I brought two pair of pants to be altered and couldn't be happier with how they turned out I am difficult to fit, and so delighted to find an answer at last!! I'll be back!
I had asked that the table cloths that I had dry cleaned for work be folded not on a hanger. I picked them up and they were on a hanger. :(

Absolutely the best dry cleaners, ever. Employees are friendly and always smiling. Clothes are cleaned perfectly. And on those rare occasions ,it is not done when promised, no charge !!!!! Love what Flair does for our U.S. Service Men and Women.

If you are looking for a dry cleaner that does it all then you have found it. I have never had a problem there and the turn around time is great. They also have pickup and delivery. VIP Service makes it easy to drop off and get out quickly. There are always coupons for discounts on their website.I like how they all wear uniforms so it looks more professional than most dry cleaners. Friendly atmosphere!
