I started going to Flair when they first opened in Valencia and I loved their services and their prices! My family moved out of state for five years and returned to Valencia last year and I was delighted to find that Flair cleaners is as awesome as ever. They have excellent customer service, great prices, and they do a great job. Plus, their hours and location are so convenient.

Well I don't have a positive review so I doubt I'll end up on your review page, but at least for YOUR information, here are the details: I dropped off some pants to be hemmed on a friday. I also wanted the length to be fixed - the left leg was longer than the right and both legs dragged on the floor. The older gentlemen with an accent came over and told me he couldn't hem them because he didn't have the right machine to finish them off at the bottom like they were manufactured. I bought two suit on a tues and dropped them off for alterations the next day, ask to have them ready on Friday afternoon and all was good. Friday afternoon came and I waited for 30 minutes before they told me they couldn't find my two brand new suit jackets. I had a date at the magic castle Friday night and had to wear an old poorly fitting suit instead of one of my new ones. It took them over a week to locate my jackets. I will not return

Excellent service. My first time here and dropping off as well as picking up I was met with prompt, courteous service. In this day of eroding customer service, I have to say, Well done, Flair!
