You lost two Tommy Bahama shirts, the quality of The cleaning and folding was terrible: I don’t know what happened to your quality of service but it was VERY DIFFERENT than the last 5 times I used tide cleaners. Due to your incompetence I missed my flight and had to stay another day in Las Vegas. I had to extend my rent a car from hertz. Terrible switch and bait with the coupons! I had one Tide coupon for 15% off and the cashier said I couldn’t use it at Tide cleaners. Apparently, the coupon was for “one per household.” Well, I’m a member of my household and I wanted to use it for “my one household.” Why was I not able to use the coupon? In what alternate reality does that make sense?
Gave my work shirt to the store clerk on Wednesday. I was told it would be done by the next day. When I came to pick up my shirt after 24 hrs Thursday,I was told it wasn’t done. I tried to talk to a gentleman about my shirts but he could carless that I had shirts for work. In turn I had to buy a new shirt to go to work that day. It was handled terribly and I felt like my business isn’t wanted. I will not be returning to any tide cleaners.
My jacket was not cleaned thoroughly. I dropped a bean burrito on the front lower end and my sleeve. It’s still there. Gross!
I sent 2 pillows and came back all messed up so I had to throw them away like the money I paid to get them cleaned.
I went to pick up my dry cleaning order on the date the receipt indicated it would be ready, only to be told by the staff that it was not ready, and would no be ready for two more days. There was no notification made to me that my item would not be available for pickup, on the originally established date. I wasted my time and gasoline, going out of my way to pick up my item and it was not ready for pickup. Very disappointing.
Don’t change
At a previous visit, I was given a coupon for a free dry clean of a shirt . I tried to use it on this visit but was told I couldn’t. Apparently it was for a men’s shirt, not a woman’s shirt. And the coupon was not given back to me. Disappointing experience.
The pricing is unbelievably high for similar work at other dry cleaners.
