Too expensive. We needed to wash my daughter’s duvet (tag recommended) and it cost $30. After that, I washed my son’s duvet at home with no problem. Why does it cost so much to wash one item? $20 is fair.
I absolutely love Tide, the staff is beautiful, as an Express customer we recieve free pick up and drop off, the center is available 24/7. They send weekly discounts and the drivers are incredibly nice. Thank you Tide.💞💞💞
$25 to clean a blanket is ridiculous
I delivered my soiled laundry for "wash and fold" service in a large, clear plastic bag. I received my cleaned laundry in a small bag with all the clean laundry jammed in and a pair of socks pinned to the outside. I asked the cashier where my large bag was and she basically replied "Oh, well". Now I don't have a bag large enough to hold my soiled laundry. I am not pleased with the customer relations during this last visit. John Robinson
Took in my wife’s Brunello Cucinelli sweater came back missing a button!!!!
I brought in my comforter and li et staff know of a stain and when I ghb ot home the stain was still there. I know it is not guaranteed you can get out but it would have been nice if staff let me know it was still there instead of me finding th he stain when I got home
Weighed the clothes at home and it was only 5 lbs, but in store it weighed 8. Feels the scales are off a lot
I was so disappointed at the cost of having my bed skirts n sheets laundered. I expected the charge to be abt $5 each but was charged $14 each per item before the 25% discount. Having to pay $61 after the discount was ridiculous n highway robbery. This will be my 1st n last trip to u sadly as u are so close to my home.
They do a nice job! Clothes don't have that nasty Dry Cleaner Chemical smell!
