Waiting for 10 minutes because your staff wasn’t prepared to be open is ridiculous. Your computers and cash drawer should have been ready. Not making multiple customers wait while they get around to it

The cleaning came out perfect but they lost my shirt and delivered an empty bag to me. Not sure why this happened. I had to go to the store and pick which was my shirt.

Horrible service. I was told that I will received a text message that I did, asking me if I want delivery or not, then that if a dont answer it, and I didn't, my clothes are going to be in the store and today in the morning they where hanging on my front door touching the ground and the hungers scratch my doorbell.
I went to this office for a year for mainly wash and fold since I did not have a washer and dryer. I had items lost and shrunk after specifically advising them. The prices fluctuated. The staff is friendly but I will not return. I will support a local dry cleaner moving forward
My pants are coming back with 2 creases, it looks terrible. Please ask the presser to be more careful. Thank you
