I received information on your app being released. I attempted to log on and I kept receiving notices to contact the store. When I went into the store to drop off laundry, I tried to solve the problem then but was told they are having many problems with the mobile app. I received a phone call reference your free pick up and drop off service. Could not remove minor stains, was expecting more from the industry leader. Sounds like more hype than actual good service. Ridiculously overpriced for the quality of service that was rendered.

Challenges updating information regarding account online. Unable to update birthday that is showing incorrectly on website. Unable to enable delivery. Unable to Save updates. Unable to add and/or update credit card on file. Very inconvenient.
I have moved to a new built home and you can't locate my address. And the app won't let me update or change my password.
Please stop sending me emails. I no longer use your service. I have disabled emails in my account but I still receive emails. If this continues I will never want to use your service again.
Staff was very professional. Unfortunately, it seems my very expensive bedspread came back dirtier than when I dropped it off (I would prefer to keep the details off of the comments.) I know the Tide brand (which is the only detergent I buy) is great and has a fabulous reputation, but was sorely disappointed with the brick and mortar. Perhaps, my experience is an isolated situation. I’m trying to be honest and at the same time, respect the Tide brand.
