Upon arriving for my pick up I noticed one of the shirts in my order did not belong to me. I let the employee know who called over a supervisor (I assume). He pulled out the shirt and attempted to locate mine. After describing my missing shirt (that was a nice touch based off the computer system) I saw it hanging in the back and pointed it out. This complain is regarding your branch at Tide Dry Cleaners Blue Diamond located at 7959 Blue Diamond Rd b101, Las Vegas, NV 89178, specifically to the associate named Fabian. I've always been served with terrible bad customer service in this dry cleaners but it is close to my home so I dont mind even if theyre also very expensive. They lost my brand new dress.
Your dry cleaning has been ok. My issue is that your setup for unsubscribing is suspect. I should, under no circumstances, have to create an account to unsubscribe from receiving e-mail. This means that you need to put a direct link to unsubscribe on your emails, without having to log in or set up an account. Take me off ALL subscriptions. Any additional emails from Tide Cleaners after 7 days and I'll be forwarding them to the Proctor & Gamble executives and the FTC.
Cleaning service is great but the customer service are the counter was atrocious. The gentleman at the counter was extremely rude, impatient, was not oayung attention to my responses to his questions. I highly doubt I will go there again thanks to him.
