Service at the Tide Dry Cleaner on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas is excellent! They are so accommodating, friendly and do great work! I highly recommend them!
The customer service I always receive from Shania is next level. I am the direct supervisor for 60+ employees on any given day at my work and if they had the approach to customer satisfaction that Shania does my life would be 1000 times easier. Not only does she work hard and quick she does it with a smile on her face and a bubbly personality that keeps me coming back to this location. Always excellent customer service! Always on time! Our clothes are always perfect when we get them back! Love the coupons and specials too! And the late night drop off and pick up! We are new to the area and chose Tide based on their proximity to our house and their reviews, and we are very pleased with our choice! We drop off dry cleaning one time per week, so we are pretty frequent guests, and always happy with our overall experience!

Great service. They come to greet you at your car. They place the dry cleaning in the trunk if you ask and they cheerfully smile while getting paid! They are a blessing in this day and age.
