Hi! I brought my garment with 5 spots, let employee know about. Picked up with same spots and got charged $7.25 I’m very disappointed
Your email had no coupon on screen to print. I tried to print just the barcode but even that would not work. Called to ask what was the problem with your email and was told there was no problem but to just print the barcode - that did not work. Who ever sent out your email must have forgotten to attach the coupons. The result I loose 25% off on laundered shirts - poor on your part!
The discount coupon did not show up in your email, the intended area was completely blank. I tried several times to get the coupon image and bar code to show up to print but all to no avail.
For the past 4 drop offs, none of my personal preferences have been correct. The worst of which is the use of a scented detergent which renders my shirts unwearable thereby wasting my good money on your inattentive service. I have mentioned my preferences EVERY time I've done the drop off, I'm assured by your staff that it's in the system (NO scented detergent, I'm allergic and it makes my skin break out - no plastic butterflies).
