Expensive, stains looked worse than before, wasn’t able to check the dress at pick-up because it was put directly in my car.
Brought in bed spread. The ruined the piece by bleaching out all the color. Now I have to replace not only the spread but also the matching curtains. Be advised!
I brought a bed spread in for cleaning. When I got home and took it out of the package, I found that you bleached all the color out of it! Ruined it!!!
The service is getting worse regards to every time I get my shirts back they have the buttons damaged or even removed. I mentioned this to the manager and staff several times however the problem still continues. I understand if buttons come off but please replaced. Also the shirt tabs in the collar are also missing and needs replaced frequently. The staff is not paying attention to details and is going to have me look for a different cleaners. Employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. They expressed how annoyed they were when i walked in. It was my first time coming here and i didnt know how the service worked. Got passed around to 3 different employees just to get someone to explain to me how everything worked and take my clothes. Misspelled my first and last name even though i spelled it out loud slowly for them. Didnt even give me a pick up date. When i came to pick up my clothes it was also waaaay overpriced.
