I went with my roommate into the cleaners after buying a $50 gift card a week ago - with the gift card I received a coupon for 10 free button down shirt cleanings. My roommate had a 30% off coupon she received. In short, due to a technicality my account was also tied to hers (same address) so we were rejected from using the button down allowance and the 30% off coupon on the same trip - even though we should be two different accounts. Yeah you guys didn’t do that good of a job I had A mark on my jacket in two spots and I know that it’s not a stain because when I got home I just cleaned myself what you guys did not do and you charged me almost 9 dollars just to press it and put your tide smell on it so thank you very much oh yeah and when I got the jacket I went back in my car and went around and told the girl about it at all she said is I am sorry to hear that first time using you guys and the last time thanks for taken my money and doing nothing but pres... read more

It seems that I get one or two shirts back with broken or missing buttons. It very irritating when you go to put the shirt on.

Recently all my shirts that I had laundered have come back smelling terrible. I have been a loyal customer and all my shirts came back smelling fresh but the shirts that I have recently picked up smell like someone’s else’s dirty laundry. It seems like no soap was used . I am dissatisfied and disappointed with Tide. Will probably look for another dry cleaners.

I am only writing this because you sent an email to me and asked for feedback. A couple of weeks ago, I brought in a fairly large order for wash and fold service. I included a print-out of a coupon for a 50% discount. When I dropped it off, I mentioned the coupon to the attendant who acknowledged that she saw it in one of the two bags. Passive aggressive employee was rude when I walked in with no MASK because I didn’t know they still had a mask mandate. (even for vaccinated guests). I almost walked out. This mask stuff is getting outta control I think you should check your policy bc you will lose a lot of guests if you don’t.

They wouldn’t launder my sheets with the 50% off coupon. I have had them done before and then she said that she would check my account and if they had done them before she would do it. She checked my account and said that they had not done them before. That’s like telling me that I am lying. Not happy about the service.
