Shirts are supposed to be pressed on the dry cleaning side of your business per Chuck. They are not. Collars are scorched, tabs are not removed prior to pressing and are leaving permanent scares on the shirts. Not happy at all. But not so dissatisfied that I am willing to do them myself. On March 31, I brought my clothes for dry cleaning. The girl counted 30 pieces and when I pick-up my clothes the girl told me that it’s 31 pieces. I had a coupon for BOGO and I had to pay for 31 pieces which is not a big deal. What I’m concerned about is they’re rushing and not paying attention leading to making mistakes and poor customer service. Some girls are nice but some of them have a bad attitude.
