We have been for the most part happy with your service - but just recently I took a comforter in that had a very very small amount of blood on it that had been rinsed but was stained and i pointed it out to see if it could be helped and was told that because of Covid Tide was not excepting items with bodily fluids on them.... Have 15 suits and white shirts. Always used Tide. I went back to Al Phillips, you would not honor a double coupon that the company sent me. Your employee was not empathetic

Customer service is great. Pricing is horrible. $40 for a queen size comforter?!! I could have bought a new one. I will definitely not come back..

Utilized coupons (buy one get one free) upon drop-off. Offered them my cellphone to scan (prior to COVID-19 procedures) and was told it wasn’t necessary. Upon pick-up the indication there was no coupon associated with the oorder in the system. Escalated to manager and was told there wasn’t anything they could do. Disappointing as this was the second time the exact same thing occurred.

Cleaning of clothes were good. The girls that work there seemed less than thrilled To be there. No smile, no eye contact, no positive energy and forget getting a thank you. Next time I will use the automated system to drop and and pick up my clothes so I don’t have to deal with these sad employees.
