I very much like the ease of service. I have found over my last 3 visits my clothes are coming back with items still dirty. Several pieces will be wrinkled. I am actually dropping off today and asking to have something recleaned.
May I suggest that you use some kind of colored bleach or wash shirts separately from other shirts. My shirts smell like some one else’s laundry.. The management should review their finished product and see if they are satisfied with the quality control. I have commented on this before. My shirts come back smelling like dirty laundry.
I have double pleats and they never removed my stains!!
The clothes that I dropped off were cleaned professionally and finished on time. However, the lady that accepted my clothes on 8/14/21 was very rude and unprofessional. I was initially told to take my clothes off the hangers and put them to the side…like I was a child and know the procedures. Once I was given my ticket, I asked what the total was, and I was told to look at the price menu and to add it up myself. I find that every time I go now with a coupon I get emailed I cannot use it. There’s microscopic tiny print with some restrictions. People are too busy to be dissecting emails for good quality. I feel like I’m getting misguided or the business is trying to make me feel dumb. During drop off and pick up the same manager said the words “I don’t know” about four times.
