Will never come back due to overly high price
I took my daughter's letterman jacket to sewn some patches on and they put them on backwards, instead of NHS the put SHN. I am still waiting for the letterman jacket. They agreed to have the jacket ready on Friday. Today is Monday, July 31st and they still haven't called me to tell me that it's ready. On the other side, Andrew was really nice and understood the problem, he right away called his manager to communicate the problem with the patches. I already paid for the service, I am still waiting the letterman jacket.
I always get my husband dress shirts ironed. Yesterday, I picked up his clothes and looked through the receipts. One of his shirt, they decided to dry clean it. $10 for a shirt that does not require dry cleaned. Why would they do this. Now, I’m wondering if they did it to my previous orders that I didn’t checked.
I provided a coupon when I dropped my clothes off for a 15% discount off dry cleaning. Charged my card without adjustment. Now I have go to the store to discuss this issue.
Garment was returned twice for huge stains, that were not there upon first cleaning.
I went to pick up my shirts and found out that they were wrinkle. It seems like they just put them in a bag and sent them back.
Great service! My clothes always look nicely pressed and smell wonderful. Staff are super nice.

Great customer service everytime we stop by. Love using the app for coupons and my cleaning preferences. It's very easy to use and saves me time. As well, our clothes always smell and look so fresh. Love the Tide service.
