I haven’t been able to pick up my clothes because no one’s there
I had clothes that were still very damp, wrapped up in plastic. 90% were very wrinkled. During my previous visit I had someone else’s underwear and shirts mixed in with my children’s clothing.
Black Friday coupon Promotion was not deducted.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. The supervisor Theresa collinsworth cursed at me and flipped me off as I was leaving. I was never given an orange bag and she assumed that I knew that dry clean clothes can’t be dropped off in the blue bag.
Needed another bag wanted additional cost didn't tell me I need show coupon before I put my clothes in not when I pick up the clothes so I found a cleaner that fit my needs thanks
Lack of thoroughness to ensure my garments were cleaned.
Prices were too high and were not provided prior to service. 14 items cost $143.00 which is significantly higher than what I would normally pay especially when shirts are $2.75 each at the cleaners near by. There were no alterations or additional services, just basic cleaning.
Over priced, 2 items not cleaned properly, a pair of pants not pressed correctly, cashier/employee was very rude!
Clothes came out fine but I was shocked when I got my total. For 2 pants it was almost 16 dollars. When I dropped off nobody let me know how much it was. I won’t be using you again unless I have to due to pricing.
