I wrote a review about my first visit last week, but it was deleted. Something about my finding that the quality was really good, but the prices were extremely high. Moral: Be careful what you ask for (a customer review); you might just get it!

Very rude customer service by the manager of the Summerwood location. She had no manners in the way she spoke and never greeted me. Started off with ave you bend here before. She communicated arrogantly as if she was doing a favor for me, rather than grateful that I was dropping off a $300 order. One of my skirts has been burned. The imprint of the press is on it.
The clothes were not as crisp as MW Cleaners would make them. And my whites were dingy.
Don’t think I can afford to continue using your services. I get coupons AFTER I have dropped off clothes with restrictions that make it impossible to use. Your prices are too high. I miss MW cleaners. 😩
The cleaning was great, prices are WAY TOOOOO HIGH. I won’t be back. Prices should be posted somewhere before you drop off your item. Super shady.
We brought a jacket to be dry cleaned and pointed out a spot on the sleeve that needed to be treated first......I'm not sure if the spot was treated first but it looks worse than when we brought it in. My husband was going to bring it back to have a refund issued.
I was told Tide Dry Cleaners was different from the other ,because t Tide Dry Cleaners used Tide Landry detergent when cleaning clothes . I picked up $160.00 worth of dry cleaning on yesterday and my clothes smelled no different from my regular dry cleaners..
Would not accept my garment because of some 'bride hasn't worn it' rule that didn't even apply. This garment is a photography prop. Rude, indeed. Other cleaners had no problem taking it. Please take me out of your computer. I won't return.
