They are so better than everyone else, they don't offer veteran discounts for their high prices. I will never return. They offered me a discount via email three days after purchase saying "First impressions are lasting impressions," and they know they screwed up. However, you are correct, the first impression made it too late. The worst cleaners experience that I ever experienced my suits were not did right and the cost was way too expensive for that kind of service
Was not able to use the coupon I was told I would be able to use. I paid $75 for 4 items to be dry cleaned. Way too expensive for me. I will not return to Tide cleaners again.
Brought in my comforter and it was ruined. When I got home to place it on my bed, the cotton inside was all balled up, there was no way for me to extend it. This place is not cheap & a warning of my comforter getting ruined would’ve been nice.

I’m always treated like I’m valued; this is one of the few customer experiences in any retail or service business where the employees interact like normal humans with the customers. Couldn’t be happier and recommend as often as I can.
When cleaning or servicing my clothes especially jackets, there is a ring left around the collar. This is why I brought it in.
Got all the stains out completely.
Parking is bad due to the Starbucks being in the same small shopping center. Had to park In a remote lot and walk. Your instructions for opening the locker are incorrect. The procedure is different because the locks are nothing you described in the email. Had to get an employee to open it for me.
