Tide cleaners always gets it right. I we love the convenience of the easy drop off and pick up. The 24 hr access to pick up cleaning is simply genius! They know us and they know how my husband likes his French cuff shirts clean and starched. We are very pleased with Tide Cleaners!

Please don’t stuff tissue paper in my women’s blouses!!! There is no reason for this. They are literally the same brand as men’s, but a smaller size - and you charge me more! Also, my women’s knit sweaters should be folded and hung on a hanger not just hung on a hanger as they will stretch out.
The staff are friendly, and courteous . I like the way my cargo pant are press with heavy starched . However every now, and then they come back with a damp wet odor. Not sure if it’s a water filter issue. I give them a 3 1/2 - 4 stars.
Excellent customer service
Always good. Drop off and pick up the same day. I love the lockers, it’s convenient, especially if you can’t make it during store hours. Please don’t ever stop that service. Being that I don’t come in to often the ladies know me. If they can’t remember my last name, they definitely know my face. Keep up the good work.
I love the fact Tide Cleaners works around my schedule and not the other way around. I can pick up items at 6:30am in the morning. Your hours of operation is exactly what I needed. I love the idea of lockers, a rewards program, coupons, and my clothes smell so fresh. Thanks, Angela Coverson
Your employees at the Summer Wood location is always very friendly and helpful. The other day it was raining and Ninfa offered to help take my clothes to the car. WOW.
