All good so far
I paid to have 4 shirts and 4 jeans extra starched. We had to iron all.3.shirts. paid for a service we had to turn around and complete ourselves. Defeats the purpose of.tainh it to Tide.
As a Pastor, it is imperative that my clothes are clean and well pressed. I have a number of white dress shirts that came back with brown stains on the French cuff and near the upper part of the shirt as well as a missing top button on another shirt. I am very disappointed in the care of my clothes considering the price point that I was charged. The laundry clothes (shirts) were picked up yesterday (i.e., 05/24/2024 after 7:00 PM Central) and to the invoice attached to the clothes, there was no discount seen applied for the coupon code provided (i.e., ICRDC20MAYAPP). When called the Tide Cleaners location (Summerwood) the next day in the morning, it was told that they would check with their higher-ups and call me back. First of all you to expensive for two items to be dry, clean and doesn’t look like you did anything to the pants I could’ve done that at home myself no press, wrinkles everywhere I will never come back there again as a matter of fact, I need my money back I wouldn’t recommend you high ass people for nothing
There is no receipt of the bill charged is seen with the automated reply that the clothes are ready for pickup to ascertain whether the discount code is indeed applied to the bill. Also, there is no response seen sent to the known Tide Cleaners email addresses: 13017@tdc-edittx.com & tdccs@tdc-edittx.com
Well once again you have lost not 1 not 2 but now 3 pieces of clothes. And the guy at the counter said I might hear from someone concerning my clothes o. Monday. I guess since it's not his clothes why should he care. This is why I try not to use this cleaners
