How a shirt can go in with all its buttons and come out missing one baffles me. Is there no quality controls in place?
I called and asked if you washed towels and was told yes. I explained my washer broke and I had wet soapy towels. When I dropped the wet towels off I again said the towels needed to be WASHED AND DRIED and was told the charge was $1,39 per pound. When I picked them up they had been dry CLEANED and the bill was over $40 for 4 pounds of towels! I was billed the wet weight for my towels that cannot be used.

Received excellent dry cleaning services the first couple of times. After that, the services declined; I had to have some items recleaned and some newly-worn items came back looking like I had worn them for years.
I specifically asked for my business shirts to be laundered , not dry cleaned. Several of my pants were still wrinkled on the top of the thigh as if they were overloaded in the washer or maybe not washed. I pay the high prices of Tide because I expect the highest quality service. I have spent appx. 250.00 to 300.00 in 3 visits but to no avail.
Stay away from this company. They have no integrity. Promised me 50 percent off.charged me full price . I called several times. The supervisor will not call you back. She gets Jessica to lie for her . Oh, she called you back...funny how I got the call when I signed up for the rewards program., but now you have the wrong number....horrible people!!!!
too expensive
I have been very pleased with the service at my Fry Road MW cleaners with one exception. There needs to be training on starching, and preparation of tablecloths. Removal of spots was excellent, however I had to iron my tablecloth for Thanksgiving before it could be used.
