First time customer, was not warned how expensive the dry cleaning was, the girl at the desk was quick as if I was an inconvenience there. I had a coupon and she didn’t tell me it was suppose to be at drop off. $97 for 12 pieces of clothing all toddler and kid clothes, that’s ridiculous. And if it’s going to be that much than at least let me know ahead so I don’t get a huge surprise. We dropped off a bag of towels to the Cypress location on Fry Road following a power outage due to a tornado and the service left a lot to be desired. We ran into the following issues: - Items were promised on Monday (per employee and ticket). We were to recieve a text alert when our items were ready. - On Monday we did not recieve a text and called to check the status. The staff at the front desk was very curiosity.
I’m surprised anyone goes here given their outrageous prices.
I dropped off 3 shirts and a pair of jeans on a Monday, they informed me it would be ready by 6pm Tuesday. I went back Wednesday to pickup my clothes and they informed me that my jeans weren’t ready. So I leave and come back the next day and they informed me that my jeans were missing. I took my shirts and they informed me that they would continue looking for my jeans. Horrible quality. My shorts continue to have broken buttons and the staff could not care less
I had been using this location since it opened and never had any issues. The last few times, I used it, I had nothing but problems, ranging from items not being ready when promised, to not being able to find items, to items being damaged. I called and spoke with the manager who was polite and tried explaining there were a lot of new employees and she offered an in store credit for the inconvenience. Item was lost, I was told that it was never at the facility after weeks of waiting. I am 100% sure that I brought it in.
