You've changed your policy about using coupons without any kind of signage or communication besides the small print on the email. Now they can only be used at drop off. Your new policy just cost me $10. Ridiculous. I'm not coming back. Btw - Cavin was awesome!
Stop going to Fry location in March as they lost 3 of my shirts (ultimately located a week later as given to another customer who returned them). Decided to give location another chance as Tide sent me a $15 off coupon. Dropped off 4 shirts on Friday morning @ 9:30 with attendant telling me I could pick up the following Monday @ anytime. Arrived at store @ 10:00 AM on Monday with a different attendant telling me my order would not be ready until after 5:00 PM which did not work for me due to schedule conflict. I paid $16 to have my dress cleaned and it was snagged/damaged. I would expect this from the discount cleaners but not when I’m paying the ridiculous amount of money that Tide charges.
My wife had a suit jacket dry cleaned and it came back with lint all over it.

Awful experience here! I brought in a duvet and duvet cover, and they wouldn't tell me the price at drop off. Then, when I went to pick up, the duvet was $50 which I can understand, but the cover was $60?!? For two sheets of fabric??? When I asked about prices, they told me "they were set by corporate and there was nothing they could do" but if that's the case, the prices should be posted OR I should be told about them ahead of time. Shirt came back dirty and stained not a little but a lot and did not go in that condition. Used this tide location for years and it’s going down hill. Have pictures to share if I could.

Customer service is unacceptable compared to the past. The service provided is no longer worth the premium price paid. I will take my business elsewhere.
