Horrible! The press marks were an inch from where the seams are, stains were on my white pants and the shirt they were suppose to steam, they forgot. No apologies either. They just didn’t care!!

I needed to have my king size comforter cleaned and I found a coupon for 50% off the first visit. Price for comforter was originally quoted as over $40 so I expected to be paying $20-25. However I was informed the coupon did not apply to comforters. Hmmmm... seemed like a form of bait and switch to me. However I went ahead with the cleaning anyway. I bought in 4 toddler dresses, 1 of which was new, to have the hems let out to 1/2" and when I went to pick them up, over a 1" hem was added to each dress. Apparently the tags were written up incorrectly despite having spoken to the alterations lady directly; 2 tags set let hem down and 2 tags said let hem up. However, they were all wrong. The kicker, I was charged $66.00.

When dropping off items, i mentioned issues from the previous cleaning. The representative was everything but helpful. I honestly got thenimpression that ai was annoying her by telling her the issues. This is not the first time this has happened.

Went there because I was desperate. As always, the dry cleaning process is perfect. Issue is the cost. It would be better worth it to go to a regular priced dry cleaner and buy shirts, etc. more often. I only had one shirt to dry clean so it wasn't too bad, but using them regularly is just not worth it. You would end up having your cleaning costs exceeding the cost of your clothes very quickly.
I had stains on three shirts and all were removed.
