I have been a customer since MW cleaners for over 10 years. While I’ve never had a problem with the premium prices, the service it’s just not what it used to be. It seems that the team has been trained to find every reason to tack on extra fees for simple things like cotton jeans on top of the already high price. Please know I have absolute respect for Daisy, Tide's Plant Manager, Cypress. I have enjoyed working with both her and her employees for many years, both here in Cypress and in Memorial, where we used to live. Inclusive of our years working with the San Felipe location near the Galleria, we have done business with MW Cleaners and Tide Cleaners for 15 years. Had to rush back before you closed to der several items they did not pull when picked up...the price was outrageous...
Quoted a lower price than what I was told when I went to pick my suit up. Manager adjusted price. $21 is way too expensive for a 2 piece suit to be cleaned. Need to review your pricing structure.
