I had 23 pieces of laundry dry cleaned. Most of the pieces were polo shirts a couple of dresses and 1 pair of shorts. The cost was $180. 3 men’s polo shirts laundered were $23 costing an average of $8 per item. All my years of having clothes dry cleaned have I ever paid this much money. I will never return to tide cleaners.
The worst customer service. Sending me coupons and not applying them to my bill
I have to wait at least five minutes or more before I can drop off my order because no one was available. Picking up my clothes that's great and done in a timely fashion. I understand that you're probably working with a limited amount of staff.
I have been a Tide prior MW customer for years and was terribly disappointed at the level of service I received or did not receive recently. The attendant at the Fry Road near Tuckerton said the computer was down but the same dress I paid $12 to dry lean in Febtuary she told me would cost $23. I told her since Tide delivers in my neighborhood to have them deliver she said they no longer deliver for free it would cost me $3. Was not upfront about cost. Overcharged for 2 small cotton curtain panels that were still dirty

Awful, had to wait 30 minutes while someone figure out how everything works and had to come back later because they didn't have my things ready. Worst service ever
You are being very painful to deal with because of all your surveys
Prices are way too high for drop off and store pick-up. Prices may work for home pick -up or delivery, but I drive by 10 dry cleaners a day and the quality is on par with yours.

Great quality, exorbitant pricing. So I’m not sure I received good value. I don’t know another cleaners that charges $20 for one basic garment.
