Second time using this place and still disappointed. Under arm stains still not removed and one shirt has what appears to be a hanger mark burned into it. Printed a receipt, which I needed, but she threw it away. When I asked for the receipt she said I would have to wait because she has to print it. Didn’t care for her attitude so I walked out. Never again.
I had to pay $100 for one weeks worth of clothes (5 pants, 5 shirts)! Pants were $23!!. I normally pay that amount for a weeks worth of laundry. This is outrageous and akin to highway robbery. I certainly will not be back again and will not recommend you to others.

I took 2 pairs of silk shorts in for dry cleaning and as usual, I had to send one pair back for a redo. This happens almost every time. You need to have a better quart control process.

So I received my dry cleaning and a couple of days later I noticed that a few pairs or my pants had shrunk - no bid deal stuff happens. I reached out to the store, passed along my information and was told that a manager would be reaching out shortly. Over a month has gone by and I still have yet to be contacted by said manager and I have tried to call back a few times and they give me the run around every time. It is a shame because the staff was really helpful and friendly

Dropping off my items was very easy. Picking them up was difficult. The person assisting me took 10 min to look up from her phone to help. She then got upset when I presented a coupon. I was not aware that I needed to do this before. She acted very put out.
