Too expensive, time line of the return of items was incorrect, un-knowledgeable staff, could not tell me how long it would take to get a comforter back, and where it would be sent? Was told 3 weeks? When I asked why so long, they could not give me an answer. I ended up picking up the comforter and taking it to another location, that will return in 4 days.

I have been a loyal and appreciative customer for over a decade, but no more. For the last year you have failed to do my shirts correctly half the time. Managers at 2 locations have added notes and I believe tried to get it right more than half the time. This last episode I returned 2 shirts once and then a second time. For these 6 tries none were done correctly. I will request a refund when the manager returns Monday. There are competitors within walking distance. I hope someone can perform more than half the time

I was charged $200 for $60 worth of dry cleaning. I usually go to River Oaks Cleaners. I decided to give Tide a try. I figured for the convenience of the drive through that it might be near $100, however I was appalled when I realized I was charged over $10/shirt. The quality of the dry cleaning is good, but no dry cleaning is worth $10+ per shirt.

I had a horrible experience. I asked them to dry clean my wedding dress. I was significantly over charged because they preserved and sealed my dress which I did not ask for. I planned to sell the dress so this was actually a disservice. They also threw away or misplaced the designers garment bag that went along with the dress which would be important in the sale. Your 50% discount for first time customer is very deceiving. I will not pay over $120 (regular price) for 12 items in any other business. For that reason I will never return.

There was no email notification regarding the past 2 deliveries. Had to go to the storefront location on Memorial drive to ascertain the status of the cleaning. The staff onsite were not apologetic and suggested I try all of the delivery lockers for my order. Finally received a text message from someone’s personal phone telling us which locker to retrieve the order. Again no apology. I have been a customer of the MW cleaners and never had this issue. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward

A sweater was lost. I've had similar issues before. Talked to the location directly and they were supposed to be investigating but I haven't heard from them. I'd really appreciate it if someone would follow up with me about this.
