The cleaning and finishing get a 5 star but the pricing brings that down to a 4 star. Friendly service and good communications by email but at $10.00 a piece, WOW!!

Tide Dry stopped to issue discount coupon to me
My clothes actually look worse. The sweaters are more polled and I was told they’d be shaved so they should look better than when I left them. For $70+ dollars for four items I expected a lot more. It was my first and last visit.
The price of your dry cleaning was unreal. I had 8 normal peices of clothing cleaned and the cost was approximately $116. I was told the price is high due to free delivery and same day service. I was told I could not have same day service, and it was not explained that delivery was an included fee. The 2 most expensive pieces were 2 dresses that came in at $40 together. They are just simple knee length business dresses.
You guys are way too expensive, not coming back
The personal and the finished shirt are fine. My problem is the pricing. I am used to getting cleaning for ~ $5 a piece. Maybe a little add on for silk like a $1-2.. But $14 for cleaning a short sleeve shirt is just too much. I'll be finding another cleaners whose pricing is more to my past experience.
My wife's designer jacket was all but demolished--stains on the back and rip on the back covered in black grease! She will bring the jacket in as soon as possible.
This was my first time using Tide and I wasnt aware or offered 50% off my first order, as advertised on your website that I have just seen. The dry cleaning was good, but I am disappointed to not be offered this joining deal.

Over priced and I didn't get all of my items, even though I clearly asked if my pants were in the drying cleaning I picked up yesterday? I had to make an extra trip there this morning to get them. I am very happy they were still there and weren't given to someone else. I will not be back
