Bad service. Tide will lose your clothes and not even follow up with customer to resolve the issue

I have been asking for a dry cleaning clothes bag for more than six months after the strings on my snapped and the bag no longer closes. I was told multiple times that location did not have any bags. I requested multiple times for a bag to be ordered if possible. After six months of a simple request going unfulfilled with no desire for any level of customer service I have taken my business elsewhere. BTW - the new location provided a bag on my first visit.

Dear Manager, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the consistently poor customer service I have received from one of your employees at the Memorial dry-cleaning store. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with Mrs. Jazzelle have left me feeling extraordinarily unsatisfied and disheartened. Not only was the pricing outrageous, but they failed to clean two of my four items, yet still charged me for them. Two items were returned with a tag saying they didn’t know if they could get stains out, and those two items still smell dirty. So all they did was iron/steam them and hang them up and charge me $32. I will be taking them back into the store and asking for a refund.

When I pulled up, it took 10 minutes then I went down to get my own cleaners. Why is there a drive-through I don’t know

Disappointed that I was told to apply a coupon upon my return, but when I picked up, was told they can’t do it. Very sad. ;(

people in the store are awesome, but spots were being left in my shirts, at least 3 of which i returned and could not be removed. ruined about 4 or 5 shirts. wish i could trust the cleaning, but can't anymore

Mattress topper was perfectly clean. I did not care for the customer service. It was clear that the woman did not want to be there, and she even warned me that “I might want to go somewhere else because it would take at least a week.” No price was given, just a rudely handed over ticket. Was shocked it was so expensive when my wife picked up the topper.
