Very friendly service and quick. I like having a text when the items are ready. BUT.....yes, somewhat pricier than other dry cleaners. Having said that, the quality of work is great! And yes I'll continue to use them.
great, friendly service. I had a set of king sheets and 4 towels laundered and folded. It was $32. I don't know if I will continue for the price. If you pick up and drop off, you should get a price break for not using pick up and delivery.
This was a unique dry cleaning for me. My movers damaged my belongings. I came in with 17 of my best pieces. That day had been horrible and the team at Tide was so kind, compassionate, carrying towards me and my belongings. Shanique, especially could see my distress and she was like do you need a hug and I was like yes please. She insured me she would call me if anything was damaged. Not only did i find a great drycleaner but I found a community that puts people first.
