The young lady that helped me was very nice & helpful. The computers were a disaster as they were not working when I was there to pick up. The cleaning was great however I was shocked at the regular prices for cleaning here. The prices are at least 3 times more than other cleaners. I like that you use earth/clothing conscious cleaners but the prices are excessive. You would get more customers if prices were better. Additionally, you need new computers at this location.
I met your customer service person twice --once when I dropped off and once when I picked up. She was super friendly and handled my drop off and pick-up well.
