I have asked 10 times that I do not want tissue in my shirts and I want all items packaged separately. On each ticket it says no tissue and there is still tissue. I am not happy. I say it every time I drop off and am told it’s on the account. Obviously someone does not read the instructions

I sent it to clean the sleeves. Nothing else required cleaning. Came back as if nobody cleaned it. Sent it back for a re-do. It happed already 2-3 times this year. What am I paying money for? May need to switch cleaners.

I have repeatedly asked for staff to not double fold the ties, I’ve asked to put it in my file, I literally ask every visit now. I still get double folded ties! This is unacceptable to ask for something 3 times and not get it. I am giving you one last chance to do it right or else I’m done. The answer is not to have your staff “unfold” them when they arrive back from the cleaners. That’s not scalable and will be missed over time. Tell your pressers to stop double folding ties. Services was great but Every single time I had issues with missing buttons to a point where I just couldn’t take it anymore and switched to another provider.

2 pants dry cleaned was 10 each. Way too expensive. It is a do it yourself service!

Dropped my clothes in box at 5:30am Monday morning, at pick that evening, only received 2 pieces. Other 7-8 pieces i had to pick up Tuesday at lunchtime.
