Tried the white treatment and it didn’t work. Was not worth the money. They sent it back 3 times.
Cleaning was fine - removed stain.
My clothes were cleaned. However, the price is outrageous, 10 dollars a piece for one garment after 3 to 4 services you have paid for the garment again.
We continue to have problems with clothes that do not get returned or are not washed properly. Other than Darryl, our valet who is amazing, the service is terrible and we are about to switch.
The prices are exhorbinant and cleaning is no better than most other cleaners.
Although the location is very convenient for me, and the service is good from the associate at the desk, my blouse was not cleaned well and the prices are way too high.
After many years of good experience, my last two times have been bad. First, I took in four new pair of pants and specifically asked to have them laundered and pressed with a crease. Not only did they all come back pressed flat, but so did two others already in the system. The clothes were to be home delivered with a big sticker attached to the tag. Unfortunately the spots that I had on my jacket were not removed. I’m ok with the fact it’s not possible, however I was not told when I picked up my jacket and I only noticed when I came home. In addition I paid full price for a job not done. Disappointed
I was told my clothing would be ready by Wednesday at 6p. I went to pick up my two articles on Thursday around 2p. One item was ready but I was told the sweater was sent offsite. I gave no special instructions other than a dry clean, some I’m unsure why it was sent offsite and why it wasn’t ready. I still have not received notification that it is ready.
