This was the first time using Tide. I’m seriously disappointed as a very expensive pair of pants are ruined. The pants are a knit and didn’t have a crease. However they were returned to me with - not just a “hard press” crease down the front and back of the pants but they were pressed so hard the seams caused imprints down the sides of the legs of the pants. Prices are extremely too high for a dry cleaners. My first time using Tide & was shocked about your prices. I asked how much it would be. When I picked up my clothes it was over $80 and that was with a 50% discount. Tide does not have a price list so customers are surprised when they pick up their clothes. I will NOT use Tide cleaners again nor will I recommend Tide to my family and/or friends.
You gave me the wrong blouse. It was my first experience with Tide and I needed to go back 3 times.
I have told it was gonna be $2.85 per piece but ended up paying $9 per piece !
Extremely expensive and did not even take stains off Employees not trained Manager not in duty Wanted. Me to come back another day as if I had nothing else to do
The service was great but the price was outrageous! I only realized after that it cost me $21 to dry clean a suit. At any other place near my house it is more like $8
your strict coupon date expiration is a joke....especially if your a regular customer........big deal if the coupon expired 2 weeks ago.lighten up and appreciate the business customers give you
