The staff was friendly and welcoming, even at the very early hour of 7:00am. Forewarned me that a comforter could take up to one week to get processed - important since most places can turn in 24-48 hours. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an alert within 36 hours that my comforter was ready to be picked up. Turned out very well and I am going to be a regular customer now!

Ever since you changed over to Tide, your computer system seems to be constantly entering the wrong orders for the job to be done (eg. folded versus usual hung, dry cleaned shirts versus usual laundry, etc.).
This was my first time using Tide Drycleaners and I was very pleased with the service.
Great job on my jacket, very quick turnaround, good communication and reasonable pricing.
I dropped off some garments a month ago, needed a couple of pockets fixed on dress pants of mine. When I picked up my clothes last month, one of the pant still had a tip in the pocket. The lady was nice and said she would send them back. After a month of traveling, I went back to pick up my pants, they still had a RIP in the pocket and have not been fixed. She sent them back but hopefully you guys and gals can see the pocket this time.
