I expect service not attitude I dropped off a jacket that I specified the coffee stains nothing was done clearly was not cleaned dropped off again this morning I will not pay for it

Service was fine, but cost is completely over the top. It cost me 3x what other dry cleaners would charge me. I will not be going back there.

The dry cleaning was fine. But when I went to the store to pick up my clothes, there was a sign on the door mandating that all customers wear a mask (which I appreciate). I went in and saw the cashier was not only refusing to wear a mask, but was coughing into her hand and sniffling. It is troubling that Tide would require its customers to wear a mask (as it should), but not hold its employees to the same standard. This was the first and last time I will use your services. Please delete my account. -Ryan Frankel

I showed them a $10 gift certificate when I left the comforter and it wasn’t applied to my bill. Also, I had simple blood stains on the comforter and blood is easy to get out. My skin is so fragile I often bleed from a simple bump. I don’t know I’m bleeding so if I put my arm down then blood gets on something. Coldwater will do the trick. They did not spot it before washing or dry cleaning whatever they did. I am most disappointed.

I find it offensive that this morning that a tide commercial featuring lesbians came on. I feel like it’s being pushed on me and my family. I understand that people have a right to be with whoever they want , but it’s my right also not to want it on the tv. Tide please stop!!

$12 to clean an unlined cape was a bit high. Luckily I had a coupon, but will hesitate to use you unless I have a 50 percent coupon Quality of dry cleaning seems fine

The price was not what was quoted when I dropped off five regular blouses. When I picked up I was given the news the price would be over $70.00 !!! When I questioned your sales attendant I was told the price starts at $10 and can go upwards. Thank you but I will not return at those prices.
