The smell of my clothes was awful. If you’re going to charge those prices the clothes need to smell pleasant not like a chemical. Please look into and address the issue.
The prices are RIDICULOUS!!! I paid $95 for cleaning that I normally pay around $45 for. Will not be going back!!!

My dress was cleaned but it cost me $28!!!!!

None of stains were removed and got one new which wasn't there before. Too much pressing too. the jucket is basically ruined.
The plant damaged one of my shirts and did a horrible job of trying to patch it up. No one in the store knows how to take responsibility for solving the problem and getting me a store credit. They just blame the plant. It has been over a month now. The people in the store don't know why that's embarrassing and unacceptable because they're not really adults. It's pathetic, but it's not really their fault. Their managers are horribly incompetent.
