We have been with your company for over 10 years, before it was bought out. Not a step has been missed in the transition for quality of cleaning. No reason to try another establishment as we are very happy.

Our delivery/pick-up person (Aramis) couldn’t be better. His service is 5 stars; however, I found the in-store staff to be rude and unaccommodating.
I thought you were outrageously expensive! $18 to have 2 things cleaned!

I took jacket and a coat to be cleaned and when I picked them up I noticed that the stains where still there, all of the stains. After asking about it, the lady told me that that was all they were able to do and that probably my coat was old. When I showed her that the jacket was also dirty, she took it to the back and came back to me to tell me that they had to run it in the washing machine.
