Pay way too much and the dress was pretty much only press the collar and 2 small spot that I show them was still on the dress Honestly I think it was only press
I moved from pickup and delivery at work to pickup and delivery to from the Alexan City center. I asked for the instructions currently on my amount to be followed. They were not. The lady who helped me was not friendly.
Failed to clean trousers on time and could not find. Put them in for cleaning for business trip....in Europe

This was the first and last time that I will use Tide Dry Cleaners. While the employees were nice, the price tag was not. I went to pick up my clothes (9 items total, 4 pants, 3 shirts, 2 dresses) and I couldn't believe that the total was $83!!! I was like are you kidding me? He went back and checked and said no, it's $83. At that moment, I was so glad that I had a 50% off coupon since it was my first time using TDC. They were not clear about the charges for pillow cases and I tried to talk to the manager the young lady named Ana just said we told you and she is the manager and that is the price . When I called the office Carmen told me that Danny is the manager and he will call you back , that was 3 days ago .
Dropped off one article of clothing and didn’t get it back for a week. And still have not received a welcome kit. How do I trust with more clothing? And no offer to refund the cost.
I brought in 16 items to be dry cleaned and laundered. I only received 14 items back. You lost/misplaced two of my dress shirts, a light blue french cuff Jos A Bank button down, and a Kilburne and Finch cream colored button down. I would like to be reimbursed in some fashion for losing/misplacing my clothing if they can not be located. I am supposed to check back tomorrow afternoon, July 12th to see if they have been found.
