Mary Ann is so helpful. There is another staff member who helped my husband over the weekend that didn't measure up to the standards we have become used to with MW. We are still confused how we receive the coupons for my husband's free shirts. We see the code for the coupon on our receipt but we never receive anything via email and we were told the actual coupon will be emailed to us. How can we check the status of our coupons? Really like that you have drop off and pickup locations in the Shell Woodcreek garage. Makes using your services so easy! Also, I've yet to have any lost or damaged garments which I am very impressed with. I've even accidently put items like a car key in my drycleaning bag and it came back! Lack of responsibility and respect. Almost 6 months asking for a scarf that was missing that was part of a sweater. No answer to text msgs, one day answer was yes we have it, next day was no we don’t have it, we will pay you for it. Finally they found it,

First experience - not so good. In by 9 out by 5 listed on bin. Dropped midday on Thursday. No communication and sent multiple emails trying to get acknowledgement they had my order. Dropped Thursday and returned Wednesday following week 6 days later and response to my emails only came with the order complete that day.
