In repaired broken shirt buttons and some others with bad quality repair
Ask for it to done the same day. It was doting under 6 hours.
The only thing I didn’t like was that the lady who was there didn’t put her mask on, she had it hanging on her neck the whole time even though mine was on.
You charged me an obscene amount to clean my linen napkins. Instead of cleaning all you did was starch and press the dirt into the napkins. The blanket was not much better.
Bothered my husband on his phone after I had delivered my cleaning needed over coupon the clerk accepted from me. That was not good. Also, the bulk paper and plastic waste on dry cleaned hangared shirts is excessive and wasteful. You can do less and be just as good. What a waste not to mention the time to “unwrap” everything for 20 minutes. Clothes are clean.
They lost my husbands shirt. We dropped it off to be cleaned to go to a funeral, they lost the shirt, we had to buy a new one.
Awful customer service from the older lady who I believe is the manager. She never smiles, cold, hard look on her face, very curt and just rude. I don't know her name she's never introduced herself. I asked for dry cleaning on professional work pants and shirts but everything was washed and folded so everything came back wrinkled with creases. Very sloppy job at the Mason location in Katy
Worst customer service I ever experienced
I liked that they were open on Sunday. Very convenient and not a lot of dry cleaners are. I took 4 pairs of slacks to get washed/pressed. Picked them up the next day...$38.89!! Pretty steep. In addition, one pair was dragged across another so that they are both wrinkled. High price, low quality. Would not recommend. Will not be back.
