My clothes we wrinkle and no crease as I asked. Don’t look like starch was used. I paid $29 for nothing
2 of my expensive items got damaged and Tide Cleaners doesn't want to reimburse me. Two items totaling almost $5000!!!! I will never use them or recommend them to anyone!!! I've heard the Tide i go to has had multiple problems like this. They get over on people!!! Don't say you weren't warned!!!
Front desk attendant is always rude. All other attendants provide excellent customer service.
Zero stars. Do NOT use this establishment. The service is horrific and they might just ruin your clothes. They completely ruined a pair of $400 Alice and Olivia pants. I’m in the process of getting reimbursed. They have obviously lost my business.
My white shirts when returned were gray, not white. Several complaints and nothing was resolved,
My clothes always look great so that is why I have indulged the service from your clerks. I try to be friendly and understanding but most times I feel like I should apologize to them for dropping off or picking up my cleaning and paying between $150-$200. When I have previously felt like this is the last time I was coming there someone would be super nice (what I would expect for the price point) so I would come back. They ruined my shirt!! Kept it many weeks and couldn’t correct the faded lines they added to my long sleeves. The manager said she would make it right but has done nothing. She is not available if I drop by the store and refuses to call me back. This is unacceptable and awful customer service on the managers part!! Do NOT use this cleaners!!
I dropped my clothes in a dropbox at my office building. I never received any confirmation that you received my clothes. I called the “site representative” and received the worst customer service in my life. The woman I spoke to knew nothing about the corporate pick up and drop off program. There was also a guy in the background yelling at me, insinuating how stupid I was.
